Return & Exchange
Exchange is allowed only if the product was delivered in a damaged state, or if you received an incorrect order. You can claim an exchange within 7 days of delivery, after which Glam Girl will not be held responsible for the damaged item or the incorrect order. You can email your complaint to us along with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org or call or Whatsapp us at +92 335 2294441 and our customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
We do not have a return policy but we can exchange the item for you for the same price. In order to be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, our customer service representative will give you instructions on how to go about the process. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
